I am lucky to have a chance to engage in IRRI' short course on Digital knowledge and tools for precision farming held in July 2023. The software such as WeRise is an impressive tool. I am especially interested on ORYZA software which I've used it for my research since 2005.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G is the word for IRRI. Training was the perfect balance between Informative and Interactive. Along with exposure to Rice transplanting activities, Climate resilient varieties, International gene bank, Quality control labs. Study visits were cherry on top.

IRRI has provided an overall view and various aspects related to Rice cultivation. The laboratory and field visits provided us an exposure to various aspects from field preparation to post harvest and waste management. Institution has provided me wide scope of agriculture in future prospect.
