The Training of Trainers (Principles of Education) course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and know-how in preparing and delivering a training class. This 3-day instructor-led course covers the basic principles of adult learning, communication, instructional methodologies, facilitation and presentation.
Participants will be preparing and conducting an individual demo class as the culminating activity of this training course.
